• To schedule an appointment, please call us or book online through our website.
• We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
• Walk-in appointments are welcome based on availability.
  
  

• Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure a relaxed check-in process.
• Arriving late may result in a shortened appointment time to accommodate other clients.
  
  

• We understand that life happens and you might need to adjust an appointment. We do ask that you notify us within 48 hours of your appointment if you need to cancel.
• If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged $50 cancellation fee.
• If you no call, no text, no show on the day of your scheduled service you will be required to pay for 100% of the scheduled service.
  
  

• If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may be required to reschedule at a future date and you will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.
• If you are scheduled for multiple services that day and your stylist is only able to complete one of these services that you are scheduled for, you will still be responsible for paying a 50% fee of the service that was unable to be completed due to client's lateness.
